Thomasville Toyota Help Squad
Thomasville Toyota offers the Help Squad, a free service to our customers, made up of father and son duo B.B. and Kenny Burcham. They help new customers understand the features of the vehicle they recently purchased. The Help Squad calls owners about a week after their purchase, giving them time to get acquainted with their vehicle and come up with questions. During a training session at the customer's home or office, they introduce the customer to vehicle features they may not be aware of or how to use. They will help with setting up Bluetooth and navigation systems, adjusting seats and seatbelts, and how to use climate and audio controls. Each session lasts about an hour, averaging 10 visits a week within a 100-mile radius of the dealership.
